Terms and Conditions
Damage/Return Policy:
Any defective or damaged items will be replaced at any time. We simply ask that you return the item in order to receive your replacement. Call the CWK Network customer service group at 888-598-KIDS (5437) and a CWK representative will provide assistance in coordinating the return.
Sales policy:
We offer a 30 day guarantee (30 days from date of receipt) on all products. If you are not 100% satisfied with any item you’ve purchased, you may return or exchange it. We cannot process return requests that are received after the 30 days.
Shipping & Handling:
Shipping & handling charges will be added to your order. CWK Network ships all orders via ground service unless otherwise requested by the customer. Overnight service is available and provided upon request.
Up to $60.00 = $7.00
$60.01 - $250.00 = $15.00
$250.01 - $500.00 = $25.00
$500.01 - $1000.00 = $40.00
$1,000.01 - $5,000.00 = $65.00
$5,000.01 - $10,000.00 = $100.00
$10,000.01 - $50,000.00 = $200.00
Above $50,000.01 = 1% of order total.
